The tourist tax of 1,60 € per person (from 14 years) and day will be charged separately on the day of departure.

The amount of local tax is calculated based on the municipal regulation at the time of the stay ( Euro 1,60 per day and person above 14 years of age).
Booking
We welcome written reservations via e-mail. The booking becomes binding with the transmission of the booking confirmation.

Cancellation
Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 Civil Code
All cancellations effectuated until 1 week before arrival are free of charge. The following cancellation fees are applied: until 6 days before arrival 50% of the total amount, until 3 days before arrival 70%, until 1 day before arrival 90%, no show 100%
Please inform us in advance if you are unable to take your holiday.
Cancellation insurance
We are looking forward to your visit.
However, we recommend that together with the booking of your stay you close a “Cancellation Insurance”. This way, cancellation fees are covered and you can happily look forward to your vacation.

Reductions for children
Children are hosted for free or pay only half
- children up to 2 years in parents’ room are free
- children from 3 to 7 years old in parents’ room pay Euro 10,00 a day
- children from 8 years pay Euro 30,00 a day
- Moreover during summer and autumn holidays a variegated children program organized by Touristic association in Schenna will await you with treasure hunt in woods, children rafting, visit at the Fire service, horse-riding and funny excursions. The holiday program is largely free. For particular activities, such as horse-riding, grilling, eventual entries and so on you will be asked to pay a small participation fee.

Arrival and departure
- Arrival: On arrival day, the rooms will ready for tou starting from 2 p.m. (after consultation possibly also earlier). On departure day, please leave your room not later than 10.30 a.m..
- Departure: If you arrive after 6 p.m. we look forward to receiving a message from you. In case of a late arrival or early departure we will charge all day booked.
